Craig Burns Photography may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Use of the Site

Permitted Use: You may browse, view, and order products through the Site for personal, non-commercial use.
Prohibited Conduct: You must not scrape, crawl, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any Site content without express written permission. You must not interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or any user’s enjoyment of it.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including images, text, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, and software—is the property of Craig Burns Photography or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written consent.

5. Orders & Pricing Disclaimer

While we endeavour to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, errors may occur. Craig Burns Photography reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions and to refuse or cancel any order. If a pricing error is discovered after payment, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

6. Print Quality Disclaimer

All metallic glass prints are produced to professional standards using files that meet a minimum effective resolution appropriate to the selected size, and sizes are offered only where the underlying image meets these thresholds. The minimum recommended viewing distance for all metallic glass prints is 800 mm. When examined closer than this distance, fine grain, sensor noise, or pixel structure may be visible and are normal characteristics of large photographic media, not defects. Apparent sharpness and colour can vary with ambient light, viewing angle, and individual device calibration, so on-screen previews may differ slightly from the physical artwork. If you would like to assess comparative detail before purchasing, A4 to-scale cropped samples for each print are available upon request by emailing prints@craigburns.com.au. By purchasing metallic glass prints, you acknowledge these characteristics and agree they do not constitute a fault or grounds for return, except as provided in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. No Liability for Mounting

Craig Burns Photography provides the prints only. Any hanging, mounting, framing, or installation of prints is at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage to walls, surfaces, fixtures, or any other property resulting from your mounting or display methods.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Craig Burns Photography does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any such sites.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Craig Burns Photography disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craig Burns Photography and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the hanging/mounting of any prints, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Craig Burns Photography and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, demand, liability, loss, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Termination

Craig Burns Photography may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
