1. Promoter

• The promoter is Craig Burns Photography, operated by Moonset Media, ABN 96 282 883 150.

• Craig Burns Photography Launch Giveaway.

3. Promotion period

• The promotion opens at 8:00am AEST on 15 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026.

• Entries received before the promotion opens or after the promotion closes will not be accepted.

• The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

4. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

• Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

• By entering this promotion, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

5. How to enter

• To enter, eligible entrants must complete the entry requirements listed on the official Craig Burns Photography giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram during the promotion period.

The entry requirements are:

1. Follow Craig Burns Photography on Facebook or Instagram.

2. Like the official giveaway post.

3. Comment on the official giveaway post with where they would hang the metallic glass print.

• Entry is free.

• Only comments made on the official giveaway post will be counted as entries. Comments on shared posts, Stories or third-party posts may not be counted.

6. Number of entries

• Each eligible person may enter once per platform.

• An entrant may submit one entry on Facebook and one entry on Instagram, provided they complete the required steps on each platform.

• Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent or inappropriate entries may be removed at the promoter’s discretion.

​

7. Prize

• There is one prize available.

• The prize is Sunset on Water, an 800mm wide x 1200mm high metallic glass print, valued at $1,245 AUD.

• The prize includes delivery to anywhere in Australia.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. No alternative prize will be offered unless the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the promoter’s control. If this occurs, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.

8. Winner selection

• The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

• The draw will take place by 7 August 2026.

• The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law.

9. Winner notification

• The winner will be contacted by Craig Burns Photography through the platform used to enter, either Facebook or Instagram.

• The winner may also be announced on Craig Burns Photography’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

• The promoter will never ask the winner to provide payment, credit card details or bank details to claim the prize.

10. Claiming the prize

• The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, is not eligible, or cannot accept the prize, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize from the remaining eligible entries.

• The winner must provide a valid Australian delivery address for the prize to be delivered.

​

11. Delivery

• The promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to the Australian address nominated by the winner using a third-party delivery provider.

• The winner must inspect the prize promptly upon delivery. Any apparent loss or transit damage must be reported to the promoter within 48 hours of delivery and supported by clear photographs of the prize, its packaging and the shipping label. The winner must retain all original packaging and reasonably cooperate with any claim made against the delivery provider.

• The promoter is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, weather events, access issues or circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control.

• If the prize is lost or damaged before delivery, the promoter will assess the circumstances and make reasonable efforts to obtain an appropriate remedy from the delivery provider. 

• Risk in the prize passes to the winner upon confirmed delivery. The promoter is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after delivery due to mishandling, improper storage, incorrect installation, accidental damage or misuse.

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

12. Use of entrant information

• Entrants’ personal information will only be used for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.

• The winner’s name or social media handle may be used when announcing the winner on Craig Burns Photography’s website, Facebook page, Instagram profile or related marketing channels.

• Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

13. Content and conduct

• Entries must not include offensive, unlawful, misleading, defamatory or inappropriate content.

• The promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms and Conditions or appears to be spam, automated, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate.

14. Facebook and Instagram disclaimer

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

• By entering, entrants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability connected with this promotion.

• Entrants understand that they are providing information to the promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

15. Changes, cancellation or suspension

The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or extend the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical issues, platform outages, unauthorised interference, fraud or any event that affects the fair running of the promotion.

16. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or expense arising from entering the promotion, accepting the prize or using the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.

17. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
