Shipping Policy

Craig Burns Photography (“we,” “us,” “our”) ships metallic glass prints from our Manufacturer in Chatswood, NSW. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery methods, costs, and tracking.

1. Order Processing

  • Production Time: All prints are made-to-order. Please allow 5–10 business days for printing, face-mounting, quality inspection, and packing.

  • Packing: Prints are carefully wrapped in original packaging materials and double-boxed to protect against transit damage.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Carriers: We ship via TNT or Aramex, depending on your location and chosen service level.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Standard: 5–10 business days

3. Shipping Rates

  • Calculated at Checkout: Based on parcel dimensions, weight, and destination postcode.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $1,500 (inc GST) qualify for free Standard shipping within Australia.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier name, service type, and tracking number.

  • You can track your parcel online via the carrier’s website.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently by Quote Only: We can ship internationally upon request—email info@craigburns.com.au with your address for a custom quote.

  • Customs & Duties: International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged in Transit: If your print arrives damaged, please contact returns@craigburns.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Delivery Delays: Carriers may experience unexpected delays. We monitor transit status and will keep you informed of any significant issues.
